In early 2007, I began a spiritual journey dedicated to natural or holistic healing, specifically energy therapy. I have always been drawn to helping others since I was a young child. I have been fortunate to have been guided by gifted teachers such as Maria Trumbach from T-Line Services who helped me find my Divine purpose and Jacqueline Crepin from With Compassion.

I became a Usui-Tibetan Reiki Master during the summer of 2007 and a certified Hot Stone Energy Therapist shortly after. I am a  Registered Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association and as of August 2008, I completed the Karuna Reiki level and became a registered Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher (International Center for Reiki Training).  As an interest, I also completed the first level of Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) as it is often used in combination with Reiki.

Recently I became certified at Algonquin College in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy and various body treatments such as salt glow (exfoliations) and various body wraps. Swedish and Aromatherapy Energy Massages have been added to my list of treatments.
